SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATOR VOON COLLECTIVE Voon Collective står bakom restaurangerna Miss Voon, GOMA och INDIA’S. Vi driver restauranger med tydliga identiteter, där mat, dryck, människor och miljö tillsammans skapar upplevelsen. Nu söker vi en kreativ och självgående Social Media & Content Creator som kan fånga det som händer i våra restauranger och omvandla det till relevant, engagerande innehåll anpassat för varje varumärke. Det här är en operativ contentroll där du ansvarar för processen från idé till publicering. Du filmar, fotograferar, redigerar och publicerar innehåll, främst för Instagram och TikTok. Du arbetar nära vår marknadsansvariga, som ansvarar för strategi, kampanjer och varumärkesutveckling. Vid större produktioner samarbetar vi även med externa kreatörer. Din roll är att skapa det löpande, snabbrörliga och social-first innehållet däremellan. Arbetsuppgifter Du kommer bland annat att: skapa Reels, TikToks och Stories från idé till publicering filma och fotografera mat, dryck, människor, event och restaurangmiljöer fånga spontana ögonblick och snabbt omvandla dem till innehåll planera, publicera och följa upp innehåll löpande samarbeta nära restaurangteamen kring aktuella händelser och aktiviteter bygga upp och organisera ett foto- och videoarkiv testa nya format och idéer analysera vilket innehåll som engagerar, når ut och bidrar till trafik och bokningar

Vem är du? Det viktigaste för oss är att du har en stark känsla för varumärke. Miss Voon, GOMA och INDIA’S har olika identiteter, tonalitet och visuella uttryck. Du behöver kunna förstå skillnaden mellan dem och skapa innehåll som känns rätt för respektive varumärke. Vi tror att du: har erfarenhet av content creation, sociala medier eller liknande arbete kan filma och redigera självständigt har ett starkt visuellt öga för bild, ljus, komposition och rörelse förstår vad som fungerar på Instagram och TikTok är nyfiken, initiativrik och självgående kan både planera innehåll och fånga det som händer i stunden trivs i en social och tempofylld restaurangmiljö

Erfarenhet från restaurang, hotell, mode, musik, lifestyle eller liknande är meriterande. Om rollen Tjänsten omfattar initialt cirka 50 %, med möjlighet att utvecklas. Arbetet sker främst på plats i våra restauranger i Stockholm, men rollen omfattar även Miss Voon Uppsala och Miss Voon Skellefteå. Kvälls- och helgarbete förekommer. Vi erbjuder en kreativ roll med stort eget ansvar och nära till verksamheten möjlighet att arbeta med flera tydliga och etablerade restaurangvarumärken friskvårdsbidrag personalförmpner på restauranger och hotell möjlighet att utveckla rollen över tid
