Om tjänsten Vi är ett gränsöverskridande e-handelsföretag i Stockholm. Vi arbetar med nordiska produkter, internationell e-handel, innehållsproduktion och livestreaming för den kinesiska marknaden. Nu söker vi en engagerad och självgående Social Media Manager som vill utveckla vår verksamhet inom sociala medier, kortvideo och livestreaming. Tjänsten är på heltid och arbetet utförs huvudsakligen på plats i Stockholm. Rollen omfattar hela innehållsprocessen – från idé, planering och manus till filmning, redigering, publicering och resultatuppföljning. Arbetsuppgifter • Planera innehåll, teman och publiceringskalender för företagets sociala medier • Skapa manus och innehåll anpassat för den kinesiska målgruppen • Filma, fotografera och redigera korta videor och annat digitalt material • Publicera och administrera innehåll på Xiaohongshu, Instagram och andra relevanta plattformar • Följa upp statistik, räckvidd, engagemang och kontotillväxt • Optimera innehåll och arbetssätt utifrån resultat och användardata • Delta i butiksbesök, produktfotografering, intervjuer och andra produktioner • Medverka framför kameran och delta i livestreaming • Samarbeta med företagets team i Sverige och Kina kring innehåll, publicering och kommersiella kampanjer • Bidra till att utveckla företagets konton, varumärken och kommersiella samarbeten Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som: • Har minst två års erfarenhet av sociala medier, innehållsproduktion eller kontohantering • Har praktisk erfarenhet av filmning och videoredigering • Har god förståelse för Xiaohongshu, Instagram och kortvideoformat • Kan visa tidigare videor, kreativa arbeten, konton eller andra relevanta arbetsprover • Talar och skriver flytande kinesiska, eftersom rollen omfattar kinesisk innehållsproduktion, livestreaming och samarbete med vårt team i Kina • Är bekväm framför kameran och vill medverka i video och livestreaming • Har god kommunikationsförmåga och kan uttrycka dig tydligt och naturligt • Arbetar självständigt, tar initiativ och tar ansvar för resultat • Har rätt att arbeta i Sverige Det är meriterande om du: • Har utbildning inom digital media, marknadsföring, design, visuell kommunikation, film eller fotografi • Har erfarenhet av e-handel, produktmarknadsföring eller kommersiell livestreaming • Har drivit eller utvecklat ett eget konto på sociala medier • Talar engelska eller svenska • Har erfarenhet av den kinesiska och nordiska marknaden Vi erbjuder • En heltidsanställning i Stockholm • Fast lön och möjlighet till prestationsbaserad bonus • Praktiskt arbete med internationell e-handel och innehållsproduktion • Stort eget ansvar och möjlighet att påverka innehåll och arbetssätt • Möjlighet att utvecklas tillsammans med företagets verksamhet i Sverige och Kina Den prestationsbaserade ersättningen bedöms bland annat utifrån resultat från livestreaming, konto- och innehållstillväxt, kommersiella resultat och projektets lönsamhet.
