I Burlövs kommun satsar vi på tidiga insatser och förebyggande arbete. Nu söker vi en engagerad socialrådgivare/familjebehandlare som vill vara med och utveckla vårt arbete tillsammans med oss.

Hos oss får du arbeta med förebyggande, stödjande och behandlande insatser för barn, unga och familjer. Vi söker dig som är positiv, relationsskapande och drivs av att skapa förändring tillsammans med andra.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Tyngdpunkten ligger på förebyggande arbete, men uppdraget omfattar även stödjande och behandlande insatser.

Du kommer bland annat att:

· Ge stöd till barn, unga och vårdnadshavare.

· Hålla föräldrastödsgrupper och informationsinsatser.

· Arbeta uppsökande och relationsskapande.

· Samverka med skolor, förskolor, polis, föreningsliv och andra aktörer.

· Delta i utvecklingen av kommunens förebyggande arbete.

Arbetet sker främst dagtid, men viss kvälls- och helgtjänstgöring förekommer.

Vi söker dig som har ett genuint engagemang för barn, unga och familjer. Du är trygg i din yrkesroll, har lätt för att skapa förtroendefulla relationer och trivs med att samarbeta.

Du bidrar med energi, initiativkraft och arbetsglädje och vill vara med och utveckla verksamheten tillsammans med kollegor och samarbetspartners.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har:

· Socionomexamen eller annan likvärdig högskoleutbildning.

· Erfarenhet av socialt arbete med barn och unga.

· God förmåga att skapa och bibehålla professionella relationer.

· Flexibilitet gällande arbetstider och arbetsuppgifter

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av:

· Förebyggande socialt arbete.

· Stöd- och behandlingsarbete med barn, unga och familjer.

· Myndighetsutövning inom barn och unga.

· MI och föräldrastödsprogram.
