Om tjänsten Du startar med en placering i vår utredningsgrupp barn och familj. Här arbetar du med barn och unga, och deras familjer. Du genomför utredningar enligt SOL och LVU, fattar välgrundade beslut och samverkar med interna och externa aktörer för att skapa bästa möjliga förutsättningar kring barnet. Hos oss får du både utmaningar och stöd i ett arbete med stort hjärta, professionalitet och mening. Hos oss får du: 35 timmars arbetsvecka motsvarande heltid – för en mer hållbar vardag tydlig struktur och nära stöd av arbetsledare och chef introduktion anpassad efter din erfarenhet handledning och kompetensutveckling en arbetsplats där alla blir sedda möjlighet att påverka och utveckla verksamheten.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som: har socionomexamen har erfarenhet av myndighetsutövning inom barn och familj (meriterande) har god kommunikativ förmåga och ett professionellt, samarbetsinriktat bemötande trivs med utredningsarbete och vill stå för kvalitet och trygghet bidrar till ett positivt och lösningsfokuserat arbetsklimat har god svenska skriftligt och muntligt då grunden i arbetet bygger på dialog och dokumentation. du förflyttar dig i tjänsten och därför har vi krav på B-körkort.

Vi ser gärna att du har förmågan och viljan att i framtiden arbeta förebyggande då socialtjänsten rör sig i den riktningen och vi önskar flexibilitet i hur vi bemannar verksamheten för att möta dessa möjligheter.
