Om företaget

Vi söker nu en socionom till ett spännande uppdrag på en F-9-skola i Ullared. Uppdraget startar omgående och löper terminen ut, med god möjlighet till förlängning. Tjänstgöringsgraden är flexibel mellan 60 och 100 procent.

Skolan bedriver ett aktivt och långsiktigt värdegrundsarbete där trygghet, inkludering och likabehandling står i fokus. Här får du möjlighet att vara med och göra verklig skillnad för elevernas utveckling och välmående.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Som socionom blir du en viktig del av skolans elevstödjande arbete. Du kommer att samverka med skolledning, elevhälsa och pedagogisk personal för att skapa de bästa förutsättningarna för elevernas lärande och sociala utveckling.

Uppdraget omfattar hela F-9-verksamheten, med störst fokus på högstadiet. En central del av arbetet handlar om relationsskapande insatser, samverkan och stöd i skolans värdegrundsarbete. Du kommer även att samarbeta med skolans centrala värdegrundspedagog i det pågående arbetet mot rasism och för en inkluderande skolmiljö.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som är utbildad socionom och som har erfarenhet av arbete med barn och ungdomar. Du har god förståelse för socialrättsliga frågor och trivs i en samverkande roll där du bygger förtroendefulla relationer med både elever, vårdnadshavare och kollegor.

Som person är du trygg, lyhörd och lösningsorienterad. Du har ett starkt engagemang för likabehandling, inkludering och värdegrundsfrågor.

Vi ser även positivt på kandidater med beteendevetenskaplig utbildning eller annan relevant erfarenhet inom området.
