Job description: Let's introduce ourselves Our primary need is an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Developer. As an IaC Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure using modern IaC practices and tools. You will work on projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the automation and scalability of our infrastructure. What you'll do Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Crossplane, Azure, and Ansible. Integrate infrastructure provisioning into CI/CD pipelines. Automate deployment, scaling, and lifecycle management of cloud resources. Ensure security and compliance requirements are met across all infrastructure configurations. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, implement optimizations, and maintain high availability. Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in IaC and cloud computing. What you'll bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven hands-on experience with IaC tooling, including Crossplane, Azure, and Ansible. Strong scripting and programming skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Strong infrastructure domain expertise across both cloud and on-premises environments. Solid experience working primarily with Microsoft Azure. Working knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Working knowledge of Go. Proven experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. We are moving toward a leaner organization focused on the essentials. This makes the right domain expertise non-negotiable, as there will be limited opportunity to add complementary resources. Main technologies in our environment: Azure, RHEL, SUSE, Ansible, VMware, vRealize, ServiceNow, Red Hat Automation Platform, Windows, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitHub Actions.
