Är du en lagspelare med hjärtat på rätta stället? Vi söker dig som vill jobba som brandman i utryckningstjänst under juni, juli och augusti, när vår ordinarie personal har semester på våra heltidsstationer i Vetlanda och Nässjö.

Höglandets räddningstjänstförbund arbetar ständigt för att skapa en trygg och säker miljö för de 60 000 medborgarna i Vetlanda och Nässjö kommuner. Med cirka 225 engagerade medarbetare och brandstationer på elva orter är vi stolta över att kunna erbjuda en viktig samhällsfunktion.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som brandman deltar du i utryckningstjänst där ni åker på larm. Ni bistår också ambulanssjukvården med IVPA-larm. I arbetet ingår även övning, materielvård, och andra uppgifter som förekommer hos oss. Du jobbar oftast i grupp och behöver ha lätt för att samarbeta.

Som person vill vi att du är flexibel och har lätt för att anpassa dig till ändrade omständigheter. För att passa i rollen som brandman behöver du kunna inge förtroende i mötet med våra medborgare. Din förmåga att hantera dina egna känslor och kunna bevara lugnet är avgörande när du möter människor i deras mest svåra stunder.

Vi söker dig som har genomfört minst tre terminer av utbildningen i skydd mot olyckor, SMO, eller genomfört grundutbildning för räddningstjänstpersonal i beredskap, GRIB, eller annan utbildning som vi bedömer likvärdig.

Får du ett sommarvikariat kommer du genomföra introduktion under veckorna 18 och 20 i Nässjö och Vetlanda.

Vi har en inplanerad testdag 8 december som innehåller vattentest, arbetsrelaterad bana, klaustrofobi och rullbandstest.

KVALIFIKATIONER • Du har genomfört minst tre terminer av SMO eller genomfört GRIB, eller annan utbildning som bedöms som likvärdig. • Du har god vattenvana och att du har intyg för simmärket Guldbojen. • Vi lägger vikt vid personliga egenskaper. • C-körkort är ett krav. • Ingen erfarenhet krävs.
