Restaurang Severins på Varbergs Kusthotell söker en ny kollega till teamet inom sommelier/servis. Här blir du en av totalt tre sommelierer som delar ansvaret på plats och tillsammans skapar en vinupplevelse som är kunnig, personlig och avslappnad. Som sommelier har du möjlighet att påverka vilka viner som köps in och vara med och bygga vinlistan tillsammans med teamet. Du har därmed en aktiv roll i att utveckla utbudet och bidra med dina kunskaper och idéer. Huvudsommelieren har det övergripande ansvaret för vinprogrammet, inklusive prissättning, struktur och den röda tråden genom hela vinlistan. Praktiskt varierar rollen från kväll till kväll. Ibland arbetar du som servis på egen station, andra kvällar har du sommelierrollen och rör dig friare i restaurangen. Då presenterar och rekommenderar du vin, hjälper gäster att hitta rätt, driver försäljning och stöttar servisteamet genom kvällen. Vi gillar vin med personlighet och människor som är nyfikna på det de gör. Hos oss får du bidra med din kunskap, upptäcka nya viner tillsammans med teamet. Tjänsten omfattar 80% och arbetstiden är förlagd efter restaurangens öppettider, vilket innebär arbete på såväl kvällar som helger.

Om dig Du har ett stort intresse för vin och god kunskap om druvor, regioner och producenter. Du tycker om att hjälpa gäster att hitta rätt vin utifrån både maträtt och personliga önskemål. Du håller dig uppdaterad om vårt sortiment och aktuella viner och ser till att de hanteras och serveras på rätt sätt. Du deltar även i vinprovningar och utbildning av kollegor och bidrar gärna med kunskap och idéer kring vinlistans utveckling och restaurangens dryckeskoncept.
