Sous Chef hos O’Learys Linköping Om tjänsten: Vi söker nu en driven och erfaren individ för rollen som Sous Chef hos O’Learys Linköping. Som Sous Chef har du en nyckelroll i att leda kökets arbete, tillsammans med kökschefen, på ett optimalt och långsiktigt hållbart sätt, med fokus på ekonomi, personal, råvaror och arbetssätt. Du är även ansvarig för att säkerställa att all mat som serveras till våra gäster är av hög kvalitet och att hela kökspersonalen bidrar till att upprätthålla denna standard. Rollen innefattar arbete dag- och kvällstid samt helger. Om dig: Vi letar efter dig som värderar likabehandling och respekt gentemot både kollegor och gäster. Din passion för mat, service och att skapa minnesvärda gästupplevelser kommer att vara avgörande för din roll hos oss. Vi söker dig som kommer vara stolt medlem i O'Learys-familjen och som strävar efter att upprätthålla en hög standard och kvalitet i allt du gör, både individuellt och som en del av vårt team. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår även att:

Planera och leda kökets arbete för maximal effektivitet och kvalitet, i samråd med kökschefen

Ansvara för löpande inventering och beställning av varor till köket, i samråd med kökschefen

Skapa och upprätthålla en positiv teamatmosfär i köket genom utvärdering, kvalitetssäkring, utbildning och coachning, i samråd med kökschefen

Ansvara för matsäkerhetsuppföljning och underhållning av kontakt med leverantörer, i samråd med kökschefen

Önskad erfarenhet och egenskaper:

Utbildad kock med erfarenhet som Sous Chef på en à la carte-restaurang.

Har ett starkt intresse för matlagning och strävar efter positiva resultat.

Prioriterar hög matkvalitet och tar ansvar för en exceptionell matupplevelse för gästerna

Teamspelare med förmåga att skapa en positiv atmosfär i köket
