Personlig assistans är en insats enligt LSS (Lagen om stöd och Service till vissa funktionshindrade). Som personlig assistent ger du individuellt stöd och omvårdnad till personer som beviljats personlig assistans för att de behöver hjälp med ett eller flera grundläggande behov. Varje kund är unik och dina arbetsuppgifter varierar utifrån kundens behov. Du värnar om kundens självbestämmande och integritet, och bidrar till att vardagen fungerar smidigt. Om tjänsten Flickan behöver assistans och aktiv tillsyn dygnet runt då hennes syresättning kan förändras snabbt. Att vara uppmärksam och läsa av flickans tillstånd är mycket viktigt och en del av arbetsuppgifterna. Arbetet innebär också att kunna aktivera flickan på ett lekfullt sätt och vara behjälplig med sysslor som krävs i hennes vardag som tex. ge mat, byta kläder och gå till parken. Som assistent följer man med flickan till förskolan. Vi söker nu dig som stämmer in på följande:

Vill arbeta hos en 5-årig flicka bosatt i Skogås

Har goda kunskaper i svenska och spanska språket

Har tidigare erfarenhet av personlig assistans

kan arbeta i ett hem där det finns en hund. Det är även meriterande om du:

Är utbildad undersköterska

Har tidigare erfarenhet av andningsmaskin eller syrgas

Är omhändertagande och trygg i dig själv

Är aktiv, initiativrik och trivs med att hålla igång en vardag med mycket sysselsättning Stor vikt kommer att läggas kring personlig lämplighet.

Arbetstid, tjänstgöringsgrad och lön: Aktuell anställningsform är ”så länge assistansuppdraget varar”. Vi söker två personliga assistenter. Tjänstgöringsgraden är på 40%. Arbetstider: Lör & sön 08:30-16:30 Lön: Fast timlön enligt överenskommelse och övriga ersättningar sker enligt kollektivavtal. Tillträde Enligt överenskommelse. Att vara anställd på Humana En förutsättning för att påbörja en anställning hos oss på Humana är att du som söker kan uppvisa giltig ID-handling och eventuella dokument som styrker rätten till arbete inom Sverige. För att kunna jobba som personlig assistent måste du vara minst 18 år. Utifrån lagstiftning krävs att vi som arbetsgivare begär ett registerutdrag från alla anställda som ska arbeta som personlig assistent åt ett barn under 18 år. Därav behöver du uppvisa ett utdrag ur polisens belastningsregister inför en eventuell anställning. Ytterligare information kommer om du går vidare i rekryteringsprocessen. Vad händer nu?
