Som specialidrottslärare på Härjedalens gymnasiums alpina NIU-inriktning blir du en viktig del av vårt team och får möjlighet att jobbatillsammans med våra fantastiska ungdomar som vill kombinera en satsning i sinidrott med gymnasiestudier. Vi söker dig som vill vara med och fortsätta utveckla vår verksamhet, tillsammans med övriga specialidrottslärare/tränare jobbar du för att skapa entrygg, inspirerande och utvecklande miljö där eleverna får möjlighet att växabåde som idrottare och individer. Fokus ligger på långsiktig utveckling, hållbara träningsmiljöer och att bevaraglädjen och motivationen för idrotten. Tillträde snarast eller enligt överenskommelse. Provanställning kan komma att tillämpas. Arbetsuppgifter Planera, organisera och genomföra träning och läger. Ansvara för elevernas utveckling, progression och välmående i samband med träning och andra idrottsrelaterade aktiviteter. Sätta banor, analysera och coacha eleverna i deras satsning.

Kvalifikationer Krav: Skidteknisk bakgrund, till exempel skidlärarexamen, race-erfarenheter eller liknande kunskaper. Goda kunskaper kring fysträning. B-körkort.

Meriterande: Lärarlegitimation inom specialidrott.

Uppvisande av utdrag ur polisens belastningsregister är en förutsättning för anställning. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet. Personliga egenskaper Du har en öppen och relationsskapande personlighet, då kontakten med dina kollegor och det förtroende du kan bygga med eleverna väger tungt. Du gillar samarbete, tar 100% ansvar för det område du arbetar inom och stöttar dina kollegor när möjlighet och utrymme finns. Du har god personkännedom och kan möta varierande behov och prestationer på ett respektfullt sätt. Även utanför klassrummet/träningspassen bör du kunna agera som en förebild för eleverna i såväl bemötande som i livsstilsfrågor. Du ser möjligheter i din vardag och bidrar gärna till elevernas och verksamhetens utveckling.

Vi erbjuder Härjedalens gymnasium som arbetsplats erbjuder dig en miljö där du får arbeta nära andra lärare i arbetslag i en skola där verksamhetsbeslut flyttas så nära berörda parter som möjligt. Personalen på skolan har en god och nära kontakt med eleverna och här finns fina möjligheter att vara med och utveckla både verksamhet och elever. Skolan ligger i Sveg, som ligger inom pendlingsavstånd från exempelvis Vemdalen och Lofsdalen. Vi har 3 olika skidanläggningar inom 1,5 timmes bilfärd och i vår närhet finns fina naturmiljöer och goda möjligheter till olika typer av idrottande.
