Kliniken för kirurgi- och urologi Mälarsjukhuset, Eskilstuna/Kullbergska sjukhuset, Katrineholm

Om oss Kirurgkliniken vid Mälarsjukhuset söker nya medarbetare. Vi letar därför en specialist med inriktning mot övre gastro eller colorektal. Kliniken har sektioner för övre- och nedre GI-kirurgi, bröst och plastik, kärlkirurgi, urologi, endoskopi samt akutkirurgi. Inom sektionen för övre GI utförs i huvudsak gall- och bråckkirurgi, varav en viss del i robot, samt endoskopi inkl. ERCP. Inom colorektala kirurgin utförs avancerade colorektala ingrepp med en allt större andel i robot, samt proktologiska ingrepp och coloskopier.

Jour eller beredskap ingår i tjänsten. I Region Sörmland ingår forskning i regionens kärnverksamheter varför vi erbjuder goda möjligheter att bedriva forskningsarbete. Vi erbjuder

Din kompetens Du är legitimerad läkare med specialistkompetens inom kirurgi. Du bör ha god vana av övre eller nedre GI-kirurgi. Kompetens inom ERCP, avancerad endoskopi eller vana av robotkirurgi är meriterande, liksom bakjourskompetens och forskningsintresse. Handledning av ST-läkare är en viktig del av uppdraget, både teoretiskt och operativt, varför du bör ha en väl utvecklad pedagogisk ådra. Du trivs och sätter stort värde i att vara en del av en grupp med hög målsättning. Du är en team-spelare och bidrar aktivt till ett gott arbetsklimat. Du är tydlig i din kommunikation och säkerställer att förväntningarna är klara för alla berörda parter. Du underhåller kontinuerligt din specialistkunskap och delar med dig av ditt kunnande till kollegor. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personliga egenskaper.

Anställningsform Tillsvidareanställning med tillträde enligt överenskommelse.
