Vi söker nu en specialistundersköterska/undersköterska som vill ha ett meningsfullt och omväxlande arbete med möjlighet att göra skillnad varje dag. Du arbetar med förekommande arbetsuppgifter inom demensvård och omsorg. Vi som arbetar inom demensvården strävar efter att erbjuda en trygg och stimulerande miljö för våra vårdtagare. Arbetstiderna är dag och helg med kvällstjänstgöring till klockan 22.00. Tillträde 2026-12-28 eller enligt överenskommelse. Arbetsuppgifter - Sedvanliga omvårdnads- och undersköterskeuppgifter med stor vikt på bemötande. En stor del självständiga beslut och samarbete med andra yrkeskategorier och anhöriga förekommer. Kvalifikationer Krav: - Undersköterskeutbildning. För tjänsten är uppvisande av utdrag ur polisens belastningsregister en förutsättning för anställning. Meriterande: - Specialistutbildad inom demens, geriatrik eller palliativ vård. - Läkemedelsdelegering. - Erfarenhet från arbete med/utbildning inom demensvården och särskilt boende. - Erfarenhet från arbete med/utbildning inom rehabilitering och förflyttningskunskap. - Datorvana och arbete i VIVA. Vi söker en lugn, säker person, gärna med kunskap om demens och som inte är främmande/rädd för beteendestörningar. Stor vikt läggs vid personlighet lämplighet. Personliga egenskaper - Du lockas av nya utmaningar i arbetet, tänker lösningsfokuserat, har en hög grad av flexibilitet och är ansvarstagande. - Du har ett genuint intresse för äldres hälsa och livskvalitet. - Du är lätt att samarbeta med och bidrar till ett glatt arbetsklimat. Ett personcentrerat förhållningssätt med gott bemötande är för dig en självklarhet.
