Internationella Engelska Skolan (IES) is a leading independent school group ("friskola") with academic results far above average and a diverse and energetic staff. Teaching is through both Swedish and English, with English the language of the corridors. IES is one of Sweden's largest school groups at "Grundskolan" with 43 schools and around 30,000 students across the country. IES has grown steadily and maintained quality since 1993. IES Eskilstuna is one of the largest schools in Sweden with 1,185 students enrolled in grades F-9 and approx 125 staff members. Vill du vara med och utveckla undervisning där alla elever ges möjlighet att lyckas utifrån sina förutsättningar?IES Eskilstuna söker nu två engagerade speciallärare i åk 4-9 som vill arbeta nära både elever och kollegor för att stärka elevers lärande och bidra till en tillgänglig och inkluderande lärmiljö.Om uppdragetSom speciallärare arbetar du med att stödja elever i behov av särskilt stöd, både enskilt och i mindre grupper. Du kartlägger elevers behov, planerar och genomför riktade undervisningsinsatser samt följer upp elevers utveckling. I uppdraget ingår att upprätta och följa upp åtgärdsprogram, ansvara för dokumentation kring elevers stödinsatser samt arbeta i dokumentationssystemet Prorenata.I rollen ingår också att vara ett stöd för kollegor i frågor som rör extra anpassningar, lärmiljö och undervisningsstrategier. Du bidrar med din kompetens i det kollegiala arbetet kring elever i behov av stöd och deltar i skolans arbete med att utveckla undervisningen så att den blir tillgänglig för fler. Du kommer bland annat att: planera och genomföra undervisning för elever i behov av särskilt stöd

kartlägga elevers behov av särskilt stöd och följa upp insatser

upprätta, följa upp och utvärdera åtgärdsprogram

ansvara för dokumentation kopplat till stödinsatser

arbeta i skolans dokumentationssystem Prorenata

bidra till utvecklingen av undervisning och tillgängliga lärmiljöer samverka med elevhälsoteam och skolledning samarbeta med lärare kring extra anpassningar och stödinsatser Vi söker dig somär legitimerad lärare med speciallärarexamen, med behörighet för årskurs 4-9 har ett strukturerat och lösningsfokuserat arbetssätt har god samarbetsförmåga och trivs med att arbeta nära kollegor har ett relationellt förhållningssätt och ser möjligheter i varje elevs lärande Vad vi erbjuderEtt meningsfullt uppdrag där du får arbeta nära elever samtidigt som du bidrar till skolans gemensamma utveckling tillsammans med engagerade kollegor.
