The posting

Iljanbodaskolan och Kolarängskolan är två grundskolor som bildar en enhet. På enheten finns också en anpassad grundskola med ca 36 elever. Kolarängskolan ligger i Norra Kallhäll och har årskurs F-6 med ca 470 elever. Iljansbodaskolan ligger i Stäket och har årskurs F-4 med ca 120 elever.

Du kommer att arbeta på en mycket trevlig enhet tillsammans med drivande och ansvarstagande kollegor. Vi har ett väl fungerande kollegialt lärande.

Eleverna har god måluppfyllelse och klimatet präglas av trygghet och studiero.

Vi har låg personalomsättning bland såväl medarbetare som skolledning.

Kommunens medarbetarundersökning visar tydligt att medarbetare trivs på vår enhet.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER • Planera för god undervisning, undervisa och bedöma lärande och utveckling hos elever. • Leda arbetet och personalgrupp i klass under skoldagen. • Samverka med samtlig personal och skolledning.

KVALIFIKATIONER • Legitimerad speciallärare med inriktning mot intellektuell funktionsnedsättning. Alternativt legitimerad grundskollärare med erfarenhet av arbete i anpassad grundskola. • Lösningsfokuserad • Flexibel • Samarbetsvillig • Varmt och professionellt förhållningssätt. • Mycket god förmåga att skapa relation med elever, kollegor och vårdnadshavare. • Värna för en helhetssyn på verksamheten.

Anställningsform: Tillsvidareanställning. Varaktighet: Tillsvidare, tillträde: 2027-01-07 (eller enligt överenskommelse).
