Vill du vara med och forma framtidens Frölunda IBK? Frölunda IBK växer. Med en stark gemenskap, engagerade ledare och en tydlig ambition att utveckla både människor och innebandy söker vi nu en sportchef som vill vara med och ta nästa steg tillsammans med oss. Vi söker dig som brinner för att utveckla verksamhet, människor och lag. Du ser helheten, gillar att bygga relationer och motiveras av att skapa de bästa förutsättningarna för spelare och ledare att lyckas – från våra yngsta spelare till seniorlagen. Som sportchef blir du en nyckelperson i föreningen. Du kommer att vara länken mellan styrelsen och den sportsliga verksamheten och ha en central roll i att utveckla vår röda tråd, stötta våra ledare och säkerställa att föreningens sportsliga vision omsätts i praktiken. Vi tror att du: Har ett stort hjärta för innebandy och föreningsliv. Är en naturlig ledare som får människor att växa. Trivs med att samarbeta, skapa struktur och driva utveckling. Har erfarenhet som ledare, tränare eller från annan sportslig roll inom lagidrott. Vill bidra till en positiv, inkluderande och långsiktig föreningskultur.

I rollen kommer du bland annat att: Leda och utveckla Frölunda IBK sportsliga verksamhet. Vara ett stöd till våra tränare och ledare genom dialog, utbildning och coachning. Arbeta med spelar- och ledarutveckling utifrån föreningens långsiktiga mål. Bidra till rekrytering av ledare och vid behov spelare. Skapa en tydlig sportslig struktur och en gemensam identitet genom hela föreningen. Samarbeta nära styrelsen och övriga funktioner för att utveckla verksamheten.
