Nu söker vi 3-5 stödassistenter/skötare till Funktionsstöd vid Lindesbergs kommun. Idag finns 16 verksamheter inom funktionsstöd; gruppbostäder, serviceboende, kortis, daglig verksamhet samt flera personlig assistansgrupper.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER På våra grupp- och serviceboenden inom LSS bor vuxna personer med funktionsvariationer i egen lägenhet och har möjlighet till social samvaro i de gemensamma utrymmena. Vi skapar förutsättningar för trygghet, personlig utveckling och goda levnadsvillkor genom att erbjuda stöd och service till de enskilda. Den enskildes rätt till delaktighet och medbestämmande är grundpelare i arbetet med människor med funktionsvariationer och genomsyrar hela verksamheterna. Genom det nära arbetet med den enskilde ställs stora krav på personalens respekt för personens integritet och egenmakt. Arbetsuppgifter som kan förekomma är stöd vid personlig omvårdnad, sedvanliga hushållssysslor, stöd vid fritidsaktiviteter samt stöd i den dagliga rutinen. Personalgruppen består av stödassistenter och skötare. I tjänsterna ingår dag-/kväll-/helg- och i vissa verksamheter även jourtjänstgöring.

KVALIFIKATIONER Du som söker är engagerad, empatisk och trygg i dig själv med stor förmåga att läsa av vad som krävs i olika situationer. Det krävs att du har en stor flexibilitet i ditt arbetssätt då dina arbetsuppgifter varierar från dag till dag. Att skapa och följa rutiner och strukturer för och med den enskilde är A och O i arbetet med människor med funktionsvariationer, vilket kräver att du klarar av att sätta gränser och vara de enskildas trygghet.

Du är utbildad inom människovårdande yrke, exempelvis undersköterska eller skötare alternativt utbildning som bedöms likvärdig. Erfarenhet av arbete inom verksamheter för personer med fysiska och psykiska funktionsnedsättningar är meriterande.

B-körkort är ett krav och manuell växellåda är meriterande.

För att få anställning måste du uppvisa utdrag ur belastningsregistret.

Provanställning kan komma att tillämpas.
