Städledare med B-körkort sökes till Optimal Trappstädning Optimal Trappstädning söker en erfaren, trygg och ansvarstagande städledare till vårt team i Stockholm. Vi arbetar med professionell trappstädning åt bostadsrättsföreningar och fastighetsägare. Som städledare har du en central roll i den dagliga driften och hjälper till att säkerställa att våra kunder får ett väl utfört arbete varje gång. Om tjänsten Tjänsten är på heltid och innebär ett varierande arbete ute hos våra kunder. Du leder och stöttar städpersonal, följer upp kvaliteten på städningen och hanterar frågor som uppstår i det dagliga arbetet. Du ska också kunna hoppa in och städa själv vid behov, exempelvis vid sjukdom, frånvaro, uppstarter eller när ett uppdrag behöver extra stöd. Dina arbetsuppgifter Leda, stötta och följa upp städpersonal i deras dagliga arbete Kontrollera kvaliteten på utförd städning Säkerställa att eventuella brister åtgärdas Introducera och utbilda ny personal i våra rutiner Planera och fördela arbetsuppgifter tillsammans med arbetsledningen Hantera material och säkerställa att personalen har rätt utrustning Ha kontakt med kunder och hantera frågor på plats vid behov Köra mellan olika uppdrag i Stockholm Hoppa in och städa vid behov

Vi söker dig som Har B-körkort – krav Har arbetat inom städbranschen i minst 5 år – krav Behärskar svenska väl i tal och skrift – krav Har erfarenhet av att leda, stötta eller utbilda personal Är noggrann, strukturerad och ansvarstagande Är lösningsorienterad och kan behålla lugnet när det är mycket att göra Har god servicekänsla och ett professionellt kundbemötande Är flexibel och beredd att själv hoppa in och städa vid behov
