The posting

Om jobbet Vi söker nu en stödpedagog till vår Daglig verksamhet på Södra Hamngatan i centrala Göteborg. Verksamheten består av två enheter varav runt hälften av deltagarna är ute på olika arbetsplatser som är belägna runt om i Göteborg. Tjänsten är ett vikariat, som sträcker sig ett år med start från 1 oktober med goda möjligheter att fortsätta arbetet i verksamheten därefter. Som stödpedagog är du en förebild och du har ansvar för det pedagogiska arbetet på verksamheterna tillsammans med övriga kollegor. Alla deltagarna som går hos oss på Activlink omfattas av LSS och har beslut om Daglig verksamhet. Du är kontaktperson för ett antal deltagare och stöttar dessa i att göra genomförandeplaner samt att social dokumentation upprättas, utvecklas och följs utifrån lagar och riktlinjer. Du skapar och anpassar arbetsuppgifter för deltagare i verksamheterna tillsammans med de deltagare du kommer att vara kontaktperson för. Du har även ansvar för att hålla regelbundna avstämningar med deltagare och dess handläggare på socialtjänsten. I rollen har du många kontaktytor och du behöver ha en god social förmåga att ställa om utifrån vem du möter eftersom du på många sätt är ”spindeln i nätet ”. Du kommer att ingå i en grupp av ca 15 personer som leds av verksamhetsansvariga och du kommer samverka med anhöriga, förvaltare/goda män och socialsekreterare. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har utbildning som stödpedagog alternativt en eftergymnasial specialisering inom funktionshinderområdet som omfattar minst 200 yh-poäng, 120 högskolepoäng eller kombination som motsvarar minst fyra terminers heltidsstudier. Alternativt 60 högskolepoäng och minst två års erfarenhet av arbete med stöd och service till personer med funktionsnedsättning. Utbildningen ska ha relevanta poäng inom beteendevetenskap, pedagogik, psykologi, socialt arbete och (psykiatrisk) omvårdnad. Det är meriterande om du har arbetat med målgruppen, exempelvis på tidigare Daglig verksamhet eller med myndighetsutövning på socialtjänsten. Likaså är det meriterande om du har erfarenhet av Motiverande samtal (MI) eller andra former av vägledande samtal. I övrigt läggs stor tyngd på personlig lämplighet utifrån vår nuvarande arbetsgrupp. Du motiveras av definierade mål och har förmåga att omvandla dessa till handling. Med fokus på målet kan du omprioritera arbetet vid ändrade förutsättningar. Du har mod och förmåga att fatta egna beslut inom ramen för ditt uppdrag utan att vara beroende av andra. Du tar ansvar för dina uppgifter och driver arbetet framåt. Dessutom blir du motiverad av att lära dig nya saker och utvecklas, och har förmågan att hålla många bollar i luften. Du kommer själv med nya idéer och tar initiativ till förbättringar. Du omvärldsbevakar aktivt inom ditt yrkesområde, reflekterar över vad som behöver utvecklas i din verksamhet och kan snabbt ställa om utifrån situationer som uppstår. Välkommen med din ansökan!
