Löpande rekrytering - Start omgående Vi har växt mycket på kort tid och behöver nu förstärka vårt team med fler medarbetare då efterfrågan på våra tjänster är stor! Cleanwise är ett lokalt Östersundsföretag som sedan 2011 utför städtjänster mot privatpersoner och företag. Våra huvudsakliga uppdrag är hemstädning, servicetjänster, flyttstädning, tvätt, fönsterputsning kontorsstädning samt en del snöskottning och gräsklippning. Vi är starkt fokuserade mot kundens önskemål och eftersträvar alltid en personlig kontakt. Vi har kollektivavtal och vill att vår personal ska ha inflytande i sitt arbete. För dig som vill utvecklas vidare så finns det goda möjligheter att få mera ansvar och egna uppgifter. Våra medarbetare får uppleva stor variation i arbetsuppgifterna. Just nu söker vi en glad och positiv person. Vi söker just nu följande personal: Heltid Deltid Extrapersonal (Vardagar, kvällar eller helger)

Krav är; - Ostraffad (Vi genomför alltid kontroll i belastningsregistret) - Att du behärskar det svenska språket i tal och skrift - B-Körkort - God fysik - Stresstålig och lagspelare

Meriterande men inget krav är; Om du tidigare jobbat med städning mot privatpersoner och/eller har någon städutbildning som exempelvis SRY, PRYL etc.

Denna anställning kan göras till antingen behovsanställning eller tillsvidareanställning beroende på överenskommelse.

Beskrivning av arbetsuppgiften: De huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifterna är hemstädning och servicetjänster. Hemstädning är städning som utförs hemma hos kunder. Servicetjänster är uppdrag inom städning, inköp och leverans av tvätt för personer som blivit beviljade hemtjänstinsatser. Inledningsvis får du en introduktion till arbetet där du får lära dig hur du ska utföra din uppgift och känna dig trygg i din roll. Därefter kommer du att få börja utföra uppdrag.

Fler uppgifter och ansvar för rätt person: För rätt person finns stora möjligheter att få fler ansvarsuppgifter och växa karriärmässigt. Tillgängliga uppgifter kan vara inom rekrytering, arbetsledning, olika ansvarsområden inom drift mm. Ange i din ansökan om du är intresserad av detta.

Normalt är arbetstiderna 08.00-16.45 måndag till fredag, tidigare morgnar och kvällsarbete kan förekomma någon gång i månaden vid överenskommelse. För dig med egen bil kan schema göras med större flexibilitet. Frivilligt; om du önskar extrajobb så finns goda möjligheter till kvälls- och helgarbete. Hos oss har du en kollektivavtalsenlig lön samt stor flexibilitet i ditt arbetsschema. Friskvård erbjuds.
