Vi söker en ST-läkare till Vårdcentralen Snabbdoktor. Vill du göra din ST i en verksamhet med god handledning, stabil bemanning och starkt fokus på kvalitet? Då är du varmt välkommen att skicka din ansökan till oss Vi söker nu en engagerad ST-läkare i allmänmedicin som vill utvecklas tillsammans med oss och bidra till en trygg och effektiv vårdmiljö. Snabbdoktor är en välfungerande vårdcentral med cirka 6 000 listade patienter. Vi har ett gott arbetsklimat, låg personalomsättning och ett tydligt fokus på både medarbetarnas arbetsmiljö och patienternas behov. Vårdcentralen startades 2022 och har sedan dess utvecklats snabbt till en stabil och växande verksamhet, med kvalitet, långsiktighet och god arbetsmiljö som tydliga ledstjärnor. Här arbetar alla professioner i ett nära samarbete.

Arbetsuppgifter Som ST-läkare hos oss kommer du att: arbeta med planerad och lättakut mottagning och BVC delta i teamarbete kring patienter med komplexa behov successivt ta ett större medicinskt ansvar i takt med din kompetensutveckling delta i jour/beredskap enligt lokala rutiner

Utbildning och handledning Vi erbjuder: namngiven specialist i allmänmedicin som handledare regelbunden handledning och medsittning strukturerad ST-plan enligt Socialstyrelsens målbeskrivning goda möjligheter till kurser och fortbildning stöd för vetenskapligt arbete och kvalitetsarbete

Vi söker dig som är legitimerad läkare har intresse för allmänmedicin är ansvarstagande, samarbetsinriktad och nyfiken behärskar svenska i tal och skrift
