Vill du göra din ST på en vårdcentral där det är nära mellan idé och beslut? Freya vårdcentral är en fristående, läkardriven vårdcentral i Frövi med ca 6200 listade patienter. Vi bedriver primärvård på uppdrag av Region Örebro län, och som ST-läkare tar du del av ST-utbildningen på samma villkor som vid regiondrivna vårdcentraler. Hos står det allmänmedicinska uppdraget i centrum. Hur vi behöver arbeta tillsammans kring patienten styr hur vi organiserar verksamheten. Alla medarbetare bidrar aktivt till organisationen som helhet. Om arbetsplatsen Freya vårdcentral drivs sedan februari 2025 i privat regi. Vårdcentralen är liten men fullskalig, med egen mödrahälsovård och barnhälsovård. Du som ST-läkare har nära till både handledning och stöd i det dagliga arbetet, men också möjlighet att vara med och utveckla hur vi arbetar. Det finns goda chanser att fortsätta arbeta hos oss efter fullföljd specialistutbildning. Om tjänsten Som ST-läkare hos oss får du arbeta med hela bredden av allmänmedicin. Arbetet innefattar även BHV, MHV, SÄBO och hemsjukvård samt jourarbete. Din ST planeras individuellt utifrån Socialstyrelsens målbeskrivning. Du får regelbunden handledning av specialist i allmänmedicin, studietid, egen kurspott och deltar i Region Örebro läns gemensamma utbildningsmoment. Kvalifikationer Läkarexamen, svensk läkarlegitimation från Socialstyrelsen. Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska (lägst nivå C) Meriterande Vi ser positivt på all tidigare klinisk erfarenhet. Rekryteringsprocessen Intervjuer sker löpande och rekryteringsprocessen kan avslutas i förtid om vi hittar rätt person. Provanställning 6 månader tillämpas enligt rutin.
