Till vår butik i Mora-Noret söker vi nu en engagerad och affärsdriven ställföreträdande butikschef som brinner för försäljning, kundupplevelser och att leda människor mot gemensamma mål. Som ställföreträdande butikschef blir du butikschefens närmaste stöd och en viktig del av butikens fortsatta utveckling. Du bidrar till att skapa resultat, utveckla medarbetare och säkerställa att butiken erbjuder en inspirerande och attraktiv upplevelse för våra kunder varje dag. Rollen, en nyckelperson som gör skillnad Som ställföreträdande butikschef är du butikschefens högra hand och del av butikens ledning. Du säkerställer att försäljning, kundnöjdhet, kampanjgenomförande, lönsamhet och arbetsmiljö uppnås, och du tar ansvar för butiken under chefens frånvaro. Du är coachen som stöttar teamet dagligen, säkerställer genomförandet av rutiner och processer och bidrar till att teamet levererar både effektiv drift och en fantastisk kundupplevelse. Rollen kräver att du är flexibel, lösningsorienterad och trivs i en miljö där tempot kan skifta – samtidigt som du arbetar målfokuserat och datadrivet. Dina ansvarsområden Försäljning och resultat: Planera, organisera och prioritera det dagliga arbetet för att säkerställa butikens mål (Sales Build Up), delta i kampanjer och maximera kundvärde.

Kundupplevelse: Stötta butikschefen i att utveckla personlig merförsäljning och bidra till att teamet skapar minnesvärda kundupplevelser.

Genomförande: Säkerställa att centrala rutiner, processer och policys följs, hantera systemtransaktioner och intern kommunikation.

Ledarskap: Vara en förebild, coacha medarbetare och skapa engagemang och ansvarstagande i teamet.

Strategisk implementering: Bidra till långsiktig planering och utveckling av butikens verksamhet och kommersiella mål.

Hållbarhet och arbetsmiljö: Ansvara för säker drift under butikschefens frånvaro och aktivt bidra till butikens hållbarhetsarbete.

Vi söker dig som Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av detaljhandel och ledarskap, med förståelse för butikens drift och arbetsmiljö

Är analytisk och van att arbeta med nyckeltal och förbättringsarbete

Har stark förmåga att coacha och motivera medarbetare, samt vara en tydlig kommunikatör

Trivs i förändring, är flexibel och lösningsorienterad

Är ansvarstagande, modig och trygg i operativa beslut, exempelvis vid prisjusteringar och säkerhetsfrågor

Har ett intresse för försäljning, siffror och kundupplevelse

Ett stort plus i kanten är såklart att du har ett intresse för växter och trädgård
