Storkökskliniken AB söker en storkökstekniker som vill arbeta med service, felsökning, reparation och installation av professionell storköksutrustning. Vi arbetar mot restauranger, hotell, offentliga verksamheter och andra professionella kök, främst i Stockholmsområdet. Arbetsuppgifter Som storkökstekniker arbetar du självständigt ute hos våra kunder med bland annat: Felsökning och reparation av storköksutrustning

Förebyggande service och underhåll

Installation och driftsättning av nya maskiner

Felsökning av el, styrningar och mekaniska komponenter

Dokumentation av utfört arbete

Kontakt med kunder och teknisk support från tillverkare

Du kommer arbeta med exempelvis diskmaskiner, kombiugnar, fritöser, kokgrytor, spisar, stekbord och annan utrustning som finns i professionella kök. Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet som servicetekniker, elektriker eller från liknande tekniskt arbete men det är inget krav. Intresse och social kompetens väger tyngre än tidigare erfarenhet. För tjänsten behöver du: Ha god teknisk förståelse

Erfarenhet av professionell storköksutrustning är mycket meriterande. Det är även meriterande om du har kunskap eller behörighet inom exempelvis kyla, gas, el eller styr- och reglerteknik. Om dig Vi värdesätter framför allt att du är lösningsorienterad, tekniskt intresserad och tar ansvar för att arbetet blir ordentligt gjort. Du behöver kunna arbeta självständigt ute hos kund samtidigt som du fungerar bra tillsammans med övriga tekniker. Vi söker både dig som redan är erfaren inom storkök och dig som har en bra teknisk grund och vill utvecklas vidare inom området.
