Vår kund, en av Sveriges största livsmedelskedjor, söker nu en engagerad student till sitt digitala supportteam i Solna för ett flexibelt och lärorikt extrajobb. Om tjänsten Vi söker nu för kunds räkning en student som vill jobba deltid med digital support. Du kommer att jobba i ett Service & Support-team tillsammans med utvecklare, produktägare och andra supportmedarbetare, i företagets enhet för Shop and Tech. Dina arbetstider kommer att variera inom tiderna 8-16 på vardagar, där vi försöker matcha dina arbetstider utifrån dina studiers schema. Du kan räkna med att jobba ungefär 10-15h/vecka. För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du trivs med att arbeta tillsammans i ett team där man hjälper och stöttar varandra. Intervjuer hos vår kund kommer hållas löpande och önskad start är omgående. Under sommaren och vintern förväntas du kunna gå upp i tid för att täcka eventuell ledighet för ordinarie personal. Arbetsuppgifter Fokus ligger på digital support, ärendehantering i interna system och att ge förstklassig service till interna och externa parter. Besvara och lösa inkommande ärenden i system som Jira och presentkortsportalen Hjälpa interna butiksmedarbetare och chefer med frågor och tekniska ärenden Hantera kundbemötande mot både interna avdelningar och externa kunder

Vi söker dig som har En pågående universitets- eller högskolestudier med minst 1,5 år kvar Erfarenhet av kundsupport eller annat serviceinriktat arbete mot slutkund Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift Grundläggande intresse för IT och teknik

Det är meriterande om du har Studier inom systemvetenskap, IT eller motsvarande Grundläggande kunskaper i Jira

För att lyckas i rollen har du följande personliga egenskaper: Lösningsorienterad och självgående Serviceinriktad och ordningsam
