Bergstrands Gymnasium och Vuxenutbildning i Märsta är en skola fylld av engagemang, framtidstro och en vilja att göra sitt bästa i alla sammanhang. Här möts ungdomar och vuxna med olika bakgrund och mål, och vi arbetar tillsammans för att varje elev ska hitta sin väg vidare till studier eller arbete. Nu söker vi en studie- och yrkesvägledare som vill vara med och forma den resan. Om tjänsten Som studie- och yrkesvägledare hos oss ger du elever på både gymnasiet och vuxenutbildningen stöd i deras val av studier och yrke. Tjänsten har också ett administrativt ansvar för elevadministration och antagning. Du får en central roll i skolans vardag och samarbetar nära elever, lärare och skolledning. Du har också kontakt med kommuner, arbetsplatser och andra aktörer utanför skolan. Tjänsten är i första hand en heltidstjänst där vägledningen och det administrativa ansvaret ingår. Om det passar bättre kan tjänsten även vara på deltid. Arbetsuppgifterna omfattar bland annat: individuella vägledningssamtal och vägledning i grupp ansvar för antagningsprocessen och elevadministrationen samverkan med kommuner om antagning och elevfrågor att tillsammans med kollegorna arbeta med studie- och yrkesvägledning i hela skolan att tillsammans med skolans ledning och kollegor arbeta med hela skolans kvalitets- och utvecklingsarbete.

Vem vi söker Du har en examen som studie- och yrkesvägledare. Det är meriterande om du har arbetat inom både gymnasieskolan och vuxenutbildningen. Som person trivs du med att vara spindeln i nätet och tycker om att ha många kontakter, med såväl elever som personal, kommuner och arbetsplatser. Du har lätt för att skapa förtroende, har god struktur och klarar att ha flera processer igång samtidigt. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.
