Att vara receptionist är en otroligt mångsidig roll som kräver anpassningsförmåga. Flexibilitet är viktigt för denna tjänsten - du ska ha möjlighet att arbeta 2-3 dagar i veckan och vara beredd att ställa upp med kort varsel. Det innebär att du kan få ett samtal på morgonen om att hoppa in på ett skift samma dag. Under sommaren kan det även finnas heltidsarbete under några veckor. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter som receptionist: Välkomna besökare och kollegor i receptionen med en service på hög nivå Ta emot beställningar av kontorsmaterial, frukost och catering Svara i telefon, hantera mejl, boka mötesrum, skriva in besökare och producera passerkort/lånekort Hantera felanmälningar och alltid ligga steget före kunden Vara behjälplig och lyhörd gällande den dagligen driften i kontakten med kunden. Säkerställa att lokalerna är i toppskick samt att konferenstekniken fungerar optimalt.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag vilket innebär att du blir anställd av StudentConsulting men hyrs ut till vår kund. DETTA SÖKER VI Vi söker dig som har minst en gymnasieutbildning, gärna med arbetslivserfarenhet av arbete inom receptionistyrket. Du behärskar både det svenska och engelska språket helt obehindrat i såväl tal som skrift. Som person ser vi att du är lyhörd, trygg i dig själv och har en positiv inställning till livet. Du är i grunden en serviceinriktad person med en god förmåga till att bygga såväl relationer som att skapa en trivsam och välkomnande atmosfär. Du strävar efter att hålla ordning och struktur i ditt arbete, har ett prestigelöst förhållningssätt och ser utmaningar som möjligheter. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Krav på studier på minst 50 % i två år fram och tillgänglig 2-3 vardagar i veckan.
