Nu söker vi en engagerad Supervisor till vår härliga barception! I denna position kommer du att ha ett helhetsansvar för vår Barception vilket innefattar Om tjänsten: Best Western Plus Kungens Kurva är ett 4-stjärnigt hotell med en hög kvalitetsnivå och en stark karaktär. Hotellet öppnades 2023. Utöver våra 91 mysiga hotellrum i varierande storlek så finns det även en italiensk restaurang, ett mindre gym och en relax med bubbelpool utomhus. Arbetsuppgifter:

Arbeta operativt i driften

Leda den dagliga driften av Barception

Planera och ansvara för schemaläggning samt säkerställa bemanning.

Ha personalansvar och följa upp medarbetarnas utveckling

Rekrytera, utbilda och coacha personal.

Säkerställa att rutiner samt checklistor följs.

Vara en närvarande ledare i den dagliga driften

Hantera gästernas frågor och säkerställa en hög servicenivå

Aktivt arbeta med att utveckla arbetssätt och rutiner för att skapa en positiv arbetsmiljö.

Alla arbetsuppgifter sker i samråd och samarbete med hotellchefen

Vem vi söker:

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av liknande ansvarspositioner inom reception /bar

Som har tidigare erfarenhet inom hotell.

Är en glädjespridare som älskar att överträffa gästernas förväntningar

En flexibel person som älskar variationen med arbetet på hotell, där ingen dag är den andra lik.

Har ett positivt ledarskap, utpräglad ansvarskänsla.

Älskar teamwork och att stötta sina medarbetare och även känna sig bekväm att arbeta självständigt.

Kan flytande svenska och engelska.

Om arbetet: Arbetsplatsen har kollektivavtal Visita-HRF. Arbetet utförs vardagar, kvällar och helger, 100% tjänst.
