Vill du utveckla en supply chain som skapar konkurrenskraft, lönsamhet och tillväxt? Norex International AB söker en Supply Chain Manager som vill ta ett helhetsgrepp om vår supply chain och vara med och utveckla nästa fas av bolagets tillväxt. Det här är inte en roll för dig som enbart vill förvalta en befintlig struktur. Vi söker dig som vill utveckla, effektivisera och skapa förändring – och som trivs med att kombinera strategiskt tänkande med operativt genomförande.

Om rollen Som Supply Chain Manager får du ett övergripande ansvar för att utveckla och effektivisera Norex supply chain – från leverantörer och inköp till lager, logistik och leverans till kund. Du kommer bland annat att: · utveckla och implementera supply chain-strategi och processer · optimera inköp, lager, logistik och varuflöden · utveckla leverantörsrelationer och leverantörsprestanda · arbeta med prognoser, planering och lageroptimering · utveckla KPI:er och en mer datadriven uppföljning · identifiera och driva effektiviseringar och kostnadsbesparingar · driva förbättrings- och förändringsinitiativ tvärfunktionellt · samarbeta nära försäljning, ekonomi och övriga delar av organisationen

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har flera års erfarenhet inom supply chain, inköp, logistik eller närliggande område, gärna från ett internationellt och handelsdrivet bolag. Du är analytisk, affärsorienterad och har förståelse för sambandet mellan supply chain, kund, kapitalbindning och lönsamhet. Du har erfarenhet av att utveckla processer, arbeta med KPI:er och driva förändringsarbete. Som person är du driven, nyfiken, prestigelös och lösningsorienterad. Du ser möjligheter, vågar utmana etablerade arbetssätt och har förmågan att omsätta analys till konkreta resultat.
