Vi söker engagerade medarbetare till vårt supportteam i centrala Linköping! I denna roll är du den viktiga länken mellan oss och de företag som rapporterar in lönestatistik. Uppdraget är tvådelat:

Telefonsupport – du vägleder företag i att rapportera in sina löneuppgifter korrekt och svarar på frågor som uppstår under processen.

Granskning – du kontrollerar inskickade uppgifter för att säkerställa korrekthet och kvalitet.

Vem är du? Du har en naturlig känsla för service och lär dig snabbt nya uppgifter. Du trivs i ett högt tempo och är engagerad i att leverera ett professionellt bemötande till varje företag du är i kontakt med. Vi ser att du:

har god datorvana och kan hantera olika system

uttrycker dig tydligt och professionellt i både tal och skrift

är noggrann, analytisk och har ett öga för detaljer

är flexibel och stresstålig

har god samarbetsförmåga och samtidigt trivs med att arbeta självständigt

Praktisk information

Arbetstider: vardagar 08:00–17:00

Period: oktober–december, med möjlighet till förlängning

Anställningsform: timanställning

Plats: Origo Groups kontor i centrala Linköping (inget distansarbete)

Obligatorisk utbildning: vecka 41
