Supporttekniker inom fysisk IT-infrastruktur Vill du vara med och skapa framtidens arbetsplatser? Vi söker en supporttekniker som vill bli en del av ett mindre team på fem personer där du får möjlighet att arbeta nära verksamheten och vara delaktig i hela processen kring nya och befintliga kontorsmiljöer. Här får du inte bara installera och supportera teknik, utan också vara med och påverka hur framtidens arbetsplatser utformas ur ett IT-perspektiv. I rollen får du följa projekten från planering till färdig leverans och bidra med din tekniska kompetens kring nätverk, arbetsplatser och fysisk IT-infrastruktur. Du får möjlighet att växa in i projektarbete, ta ansvar för koordinering och se nya kontor växa fram från idé till färdig arbetsmiljö. Arbetsuppgifter

Planering och koordinering av fysisk IT-infrastruktur

Installation och felsökning av IT-utrustning och nätverkskomponenter

Arbete i korskopplingsrum med kabelhantering och nätverksanslutningar

Installation och uppgradering av nätverksutrustning

Hantering av beställningar och leveranser av IT-utrustning

Medverkan i nätverks- och IT-relaterade projekt

Stöd vid etablering och anpassning av kontorsmiljöer

Ärendehantering i ServiceNow

Vi söker dig som Vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper och söker framför allt en person som är nyfiken, social och tycker om att samarbeta med andra. Du trivs i miljöer där det händer mycket, gillar att ta initiativ och uppskattar att få kombinera teknik med kontakt med människor. För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du:

Har ett stort intresse för IT och teknik

Har studerat IT på gymnasie- eller högskolenivå, alternativt tidigare arbetserfarenhet inom IT-support

Är social, kommunikativ och trivs med att bygga relationer

Är praktiskt lagd och tycker om att arbeta hands-on

Har en positiv inställning och vill utvecklas tillsammans med teamet

Är nyfiken på nätverk, IT-infrastruktur och moderna arbetsplatsmiljöer
