Ge daglig IT-support till användare (främst macOS)

Hantera och felsöka enheter i Kandji och/eller Jamf Pro

Arbeta med identitet och access i Okta

Felsöka SSO- och SCIM-integrationer i SaaS-miljöer

Hantera onboarding, offboarding och behörighetsändringar

Administrera och supportera affärskritiska SaaS-verktyg

Driva förbättringar inom processer, automation och användarupplevelse

Vi tror att du har Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en Mac-baserad miljö

Hands-on erfarenhet av Kandji och/eller Jamf

God kunskap inom Okta (SSO, SCIM, IAM)

Erfarenhet av en SaaS-tung, molnbaserad IT-miljö

Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och ta ägarskap

Meriterande Erfarenhet av Microsoft Entra ID och/eller Google Workspace

Grundläggande nätverkskunskap (DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi)

Erfarenhet av scripting eller automation
