Supporttekniker till Prudencia Security Vill du jobba med modern säkerhetsteknik hos ett företag där din insats verkligen märks? Prudencia Security växer och söker nu en serviceinriktad supporttekniker som vill vara med och leverera förstklassig support till våra kunder runt om i Sverige. Vi sitter i Uppsala, men erbjuder möjlighet till remote-arbete för rätt person. Om rollen Som supporttekniker hos oss är du kundernas första kontakt när något krånglar. Du löser ärenden via telefon, mejl och fjärrsupport, och arbetar nära våra installatörer och projektledare. Du får snabbt en bred kunskap om kamerasystem, nätverk och larmlösningar. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: Felsöka och åtgärda problem i kamerasystem och tillhörande nätverk Hantera supportärenden via vårt ärendehanteringssystem Driftövervaka kundernas system och agera proaktivt vid larm Sköta fjärrkonfiguration, uppdateringar och behörighetshantering Dokumentera lösningar och bidra till att vi hela tiden blir bättre

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av IT-support, nätverk eller säkerhetsteknik – gärna kamerasystem Är trygg med TCP/IP, switchar, routrar och grundläggande nätverksfelsökning Talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska Är självgående, strukturerad och kan ta egna initiativ Är lösningsorienterad, noggrann och har ett genuint intresse för att hjälpa kunder Har B-körkort

Det är meriterande om du har jobbat med någon av de större kameraplattformarna (Axis, Milestone, Hanwha eller liknande), kan något om larmcentralsuppkopplingar eller har erfarenhet av GDPR-frågor kring kamerabevakning.
