Placeringsort: Göteborg, Omfattning: Heltid (100 %) Arbetstid: 07:00–16:00 eller 08:00–17:00 Om uppdraget Du kommer arbeta med ett härligt gäng i fina lokaler i centrala Göteborg. Dina arbetsuppgifter som Supportekniker innefattar; - Första linjen it-support (telefonmottagning och webbformulär) avseende hård- och mjukvara (inkl. mobila enheter) samt behörigheter mm - Ta emot, registrera, kategorisera, felsöker, eskalera och lösa ärenden s.k. incidenter som kommer in till IT-support. - Vi har som mål att hålla en hög tillgänglighet och att lösa så många ärenden som möjligt vid första kontakt. Mer tidskrävande ärenden och komplexa problem eskaleras till andra linjens IT-support

Arbetsuppgifter - Ta emot och hantera inkommande IT-supportärenden via telefon - Registrera, kategorisera och felsöka incidenter - Ge support kring hårdvara, mjukvara och mobila enheter - Hantera behörigheter och användarkonton - Lösa ärenden vid första kontakt i så stor utsträckning som möjligt - Eskalera mer komplexa problem till andra linjens support - Arbeta enligt etablerade rutiner och arbetssätt

Vi söker dig som Vi söker dig som har - Dokumenterad IT-kunskap inom Windows och Microsoft Office - God förståelse för datorer, nätverk, operativsystem och informationssäkerhet - IT-gymnasium eller motsvarande utbildning - Minst 6 månaders erfarenhet inom IT-support eller IT-relaterad kundservice - Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift - Goda kunskaper i engelska, främst i tal
