The posting

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer within Java, Go, Python and AWS for our client within automotive connectivity. Job description: You will work in a team that builds and operates backend services within Assistance Services domain for vehicles. The solutions support critical connected-vehicle journeys, including stolen vehicle tracking, emergency services, roadside assistance, vehicle positioning, and call-center operations. As part of the team, you’ll work with cloud-based services, APIs, integrations, databases and monitoring. Current initiatives include improving position handling for vehicle services, supporting new vehicle launches and customer rollouts, developing global assignment capabilities, migrating customer-care solutions, and strengthening alarm management through PagerDuty. The team's culture is based on collaboration and ownership. Instead of spoon-feeding individual team members with tasks, the team commits to delivering bigger user stories. User story breakdown and refinement is done in a collaborative on-demand fashion You will in this role work cross-functionally across various teams and with various car brands. In this role the team's responsibility extends throughout the service lifecycle—from design and development to testing, production rollout, monitoring, support, and continuous improvement. You ara a perfect fit if you if you enjoy solving complex backend challenges, taking ownership of production services, and building reliable connected-vehicle solutions used around the world. You are communicative and enjoy teamwork.

Skills Required: Go and Python Java AWS Technical Degree in SW Minimum 5 years of work experience preferably in the automotive industry DevOps knowledge and a drive to work on monitoring, closing vulnerabilities, risk work etc. On-call: Mandatory Observability Stakeholder or Customer Interaction OEM Integration Support Experience working with legacy Additonal Information: • The assignment will take place 100% onsite in Gothenburg • We schedule interviews on a rolling basis so do not wait until end date.
