The posting

Vi söker en serviceinriktad och lösningsorienterad IT-supporttekniker/Systemadministratör som vill bli en del av vårt team. Du kommer att arbeta med både användarsupport och administration av IT-miljöer. Arbetsuppgifter Ge första- och andralinjesupport till användare via telefon, e-post och ärendehanteringssystem.

Felsöka och lösa problem med datorer, skrivare, programvara, nätverk och användarkonton.

Installera, konfigurera och underhålla datorer och annan IT-utrustning.

Administrera användarkonton, behörigheter och grupper i Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory.

Arbeta med Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive och SharePoint.

Hantera installation och administration av programvara och IT-system.

Felsöka VPN-, Wi-Fi- och nätverksrelaterade problem.

Hantera och följa upp IT-ärenden i ärendehanteringssystem.

Dokumentera lösningar, rutiner och teknisk information.

Arbeta med onboarding och offboarding av användare.

Samarbeta med interna IT-team och externa leverantörer.

Bidra till att förbättra IT-supportens rutiner, säkerhet och arbetssätt.

Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har: Relevant utbildning inom IT eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.

Erfarenhet av IT-support och/eller systemadministration.

Goda kunskaper inom Windows och Microsoft 365.

Erfarenhet av Active Directory/Entra ID.

Grundläggande kunskaper inom nätverk, VPN och IT-säkerhet.

God problemlösningsförmåga och ett strukturerat arbetssätt.

God servicekänsla och förmåga att kommunicera med användare på olika tekniska nivåer.

Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt.

Meriterande Erfarenhet av Intune, SCCM/MECM eller liknande verktyg.

Erfarenhet av Exchange Online.

Kunskaper i PowerShell.

Erfarenhet av Citrix eller andra virtuella arbetsmiljöer.

Erfarenhet av ITIL och ärendehanteringssystem.

Kunskap inom Microsoft Azure och molntjänster.
