Du är tydlig och engagerad i din kommunikation, såväl muntligt som skriftligt, vilket innebär en god förmåga att lyssna och säkerställa att budskap når fram och att förväntningar är klara för de berörda För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara pedagogisk, strukturerad och analytisk. Dina personliga egenskaper väger tungt och dina kunskaper ska kunna omsättas operativt. Rollen består av flera olika arbetsuppgifter/roller : Fältservice Ingenjör på FMV T&E och de svenska flygflottiljerna Ansvara och genomföra för Ground Support Equipment (kringutrustning till Gripen E) verifiering Granskning av föreskrifter innan de ges ut till kund Gränssnitt emot Design och chefsingenjörer

I rollen ingår resor inom Sverige och utomlands.

Din profil

Operativ erfarenhet och teknisk kunskap av Gripen E och dess stödsystem Tidigare erfarenhet av koordinering och/eller projektledning Du är van att hantera många olika frågor samtidigt och ibland under tidspress. Du är självgående, nyfiken och kan på egen hand driva ärenden inom aktuellt verksamhetsområde. Du har god förmåga att samarbeta tvärfunktionellt med olika funktioner och roller Du trivs att verka i en miljö där ständig förbättring av verksamheten är vardag. Du har god förmåga att kommunicera med olika människor, fokuserar på lösningen vid problem och tar initiativ för att nå resultat.

Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid dina personliga egenskaper. Befattningen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns enligt vid var tid gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd.
