Vi samarbetar med erfarna seniora experter och levererar strategiskt värdeskapande kompetens till några av Sveriges mest komplexa och analytiskt krävande projekt. Vårt fokus ligger alltid på hög kvalitet, professionalism och tydliga, mätbara resultat. Vi söker nu en Systemingenjör – Hårdvarunära systemutveckling hos vår kund. Om uppdraget Vi söker en erfaren systemingenjör som vill arbeta med avancerade tekniska system i komplexa och verksamhetskritiska miljöer. Rollen passar dig som trivs i gränslandet mellan teknik, kravhantering, systemdesign och verifiering, och som har ett genuint intresse för hårdvarubaserade lösningar. Du kommer att vara en nyckelperson i utvecklingen av robusta systemlösningar och arbeta genom hela utvecklingskedjan – från tidiga koncept och kravarbete till verifiering, implementation och leverans. Om rollen Som systemingenjör arbetar du nära arkitekter, utvecklare, testingenjörer och kunder för att säkerställa att systemlösningar möter tekniska, funktionella och operativa krav. Fokus ligger på att omsätta behov och krav till genomförbara tekniska lösningar med särskild tyngd på hårdvara och systemintegration. Arbetet omfattar bland annat: - Systemdesign och framtagning av systemarkitektur för komplexa tekniska lösningar - Kravinsamling, kravanalys och kravhantering genom hela systemlivscykeln - Framtagning av tekniska specifikationer, systembeskrivningar och annan projektdokumentation - Verifiering och validering av systemkrav - Samordning mellan olika teknikdiscipliner såsom hårdvara, mjukvara, elektronik och nätverk - Teknisk dialog med interna och externa intressenter - Stöd i utveckling, integration och vidareutveckling av tekniska plattformar och system Resor kan förekomma i tjänsten. Vi söker dig som har - Flera års erfarenhet som systemingenjör eller motsvarande teknisk roll - God kunskap inom Systems Engineering, kravhantering och systemlivscykelprocesser - Erfarenhet av att arbeta med komplexa tekniska system där hårdvara utgör en central del - Förmåga att omsätta verksamhets- och kundkrav till tekniska lösningar - Erfarenhet av tvärfunktionellt arbete i projektform - God kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska Extra intressant är om du har - Erfarenhet av elektroniknära utveckling eller elektroniksystem - Bakgrund från fordonsindustrin, försvarsindustrin eller annan reglerad teknisk miljö - Kunskap inom IT-infrastruktur, nätverk eller systemintegration - Erfarenhet av standarder och arbetssätt inom Systems Engineering, exempelvis INCOSE eller ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288
