Vi söker en systemspecialist som vill arbeta i gränslandet mellan kapitalförvaltning, treasury och verksamhetsutveckling. Här får du en central roll i att supportera, utveckla och förbättra verksamhetskritiska system och processer inom investeringar och finans.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag med start i november och en förväntad uppdragslängd om cirka 12 månader. Kunden har sitt kontor i Solna och erbjuder en hybrid arbetsmodell med möjlighet att arbeta både på kontoret och på distans.

Om tjänsten

Som Systemspecialist ansvarar du för support, förvaltning och vidareutveckling av investerings- och treasuryrelaterade system. Du fungerar som ett verksamhetsnära stöd till användare inom bland annat Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office och Investment Accounting.

Rollen omfattar även rapportering, datakvalitet, hantering av komplexa finansiella instrument och utveckling av effektiva processer och kontrollfunktioner. Du deltar också i olika förbättrings- och utvecklingsprojekt inom Investment Operations.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support och förvaltning av investerings- och treasurysystem
  • Rapportering och analys i OmniFi
  • Hantering av finansiella instrument och corporate actions
  • Säkerställa datakvalitet och systemuppsättning
  • Utveckla processer, kontroller och arbetssätt
  • Delta i verksamhetsutvecklande projekt

Lämplig bakgrund

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Akademisk examen inom ekonomi, finans, systemvetenskap eller motsvarande
  • Minst 2 års relevant erfarenhet inom kapitalförvaltning, treasury eller bank
  • God förståelse för obligationer, räntebärande instrument samt mer komplexa och oregelbundna lånestrukturer
  • Erfarenhet av OmniFi
  • Ett starkt systemintresse och erfarenhet av rapportering eller BI-verktyg
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska

Meriterande är erfarenhet av system som Wallstreet Suite, SimCorp Dimension, FIS Quantum eller liknande.

Personliga egenskaper

Du är analytisk, noggrann och lösningsorienterad med ett genuint intresse för både finans och system. Du arbetar självständigt, samarbetar väl med andra och har en drivkraft att utveckla och effektivisera verksamhetens processer. Du är kommunikativ, ansvarstagande och trivs i en roll med många kontaktytor.
