Vill du arbeta med rekrytering i en verksamhet där kompetensförsörjning är en viktig del av framtiden? Vi söker nu en Talent Acquisition Specialist som vill ta ett helhetsansvar för rekryteringsprocessen och bidra till att attrahera, identifiera och rekrytera rätt kompetens.

Om rollen

Som Talent Acquisition Specialist ansvarar du för hela rekryteringsprocessen, från kravprofil och annonsering till intervjuer, personbedömningar, referenstagning och anställning. Du arbetar nära rekryterande chefer och HR och fungerar som en rådgivande partner genom hela processen. Rollen är både operativ och proaktiv. Du arbetar med annonsering, search och relationsbyggande för att nå rätt kandidater, samtidigt som du bidrar till att utveckla och förbättra rekryteringsarbetet genom analys, uppföljning och nya arbetssätt.

Arbetsuppgifter

Ansvara för hela rekryteringsprocessen från behovsanalys till anställning Utforma och publicera annonser samt arbeta med urval och intervjuer Genomföra kompetensbaserade intervjuer, personbedömningar och referenstagning Arbeta proaktivt med search och kandidatnätverk inom relevanta målgrupper Vara ett stöd och en rådgivande partner till chefer och HR Bidra till utveckling och förbättring av rekryteringsprocesser, verktyg och arbetssätt Arbeta datadrivet genom uppföljning och analys av rekryteringsresultat Hantera säkerhetsrelaterade moment i rekryteringsprocessen vid behov

Din profil

Vi söker dig som har en relevant högskoleutbildning inom HR eller motsvarande samt erfarenhet av rekrytering eller Talent Acquisition. Du är van att arbeta självständigt, strukturerat och har god förmåga att skapa förtroendefulla relationer. Vi tror att du: Har erfarenhet av att driva rekryteringsprocesser självständigt Är kommunikativ och trivs i en rådgivande roll Har ett intresse för search och proaktiv kandidatarbete Är analytisk och använder data som stöd i ditt arbete Talar och skriver svenska och engelska obehindrat

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av arbetspsykologiska tester, assessmentverktyg eller säkerhetsklassade rekryteringar.
