Join J2 Sourcing and help create flow in the global electronics supply chain Since 2004, J2 Sourcing has supported leading OEMs and Contract Manufacturers worldwide with semiconductors and supply chain solutions. Today, we are approximately 150 employees representing more than 30 nationalities, with headquarters in Malmö and offices in the UK and France. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Tactical Buyer to strengthen our operations team. About the Role As a Tactical Buyer, your primary focus will be managing and processing customer and supplier orders throughout the entire order lifecycle. Working extensively in our ERP system, you will ensure order accuracy, timely deliveries, and smooth communication between suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on operational role for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and processes while delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities Process and manage purchase orders and customer orders in the ERP system

Ensure accurate order data, pricing, quantities, and delivery information

Monitor open orders and proactively follow up on deliveries and order status

Maintain regular communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and material availability challenges

Support inventory management and operational purchasing activities

Maintain high data quality and contribute to process improvements

Support reporting and other administrative tasks related to order management

What We're Looking For Experience in purchasing, order management, supply chain, or similar operational roles

Strong hands-on ERP experience is essential

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent professional communication in English
