Om uppdraget Vi söker nu en Taktisk Inköpare till en verksamhet i utveckling. Här får du en varierad roll med stort eget ansvar där du arbetar nära både interna intressenter och externa leverantörer. Du blir en viktig del i att säkerställa effektiva inköpsprocesser och bidra till verksamhetens fortsatta utveckling. Rollen passar dig som trivs i en dynamisk miljö där du får möjlighet att påverka arbetssätt, utveckla leverantörssamarbeten och driva förbättringsinitiativ. Dina arbetsuppgifter Som taktisk inköpare kommer du bland annat att:

Genomföra analyser och uppföljningar inom inköpsområdet

Ansvara för offertförfrågningar och leverantörsutvärderingar

Bygga och utveckla långsiktiga relationer med leverantörer

Genomföra leverantörsbesök och hantera löpande leverantörsdialoger

Arbeta med orderläggning samt order- och leveransbevakning

Hantera fakturafrågor och inköpsadministration

Identifiera och driva förbättrings- och effektiviseringsinitiativ

Bidra till utveckling av processer och arbetssätt inom inköpsområdet

Vi söker dig som Har några års erfarenhet av inköp, gärna i en taktisk eller operativ inköpsroll

Har god förståelse för inköpsprocesser och leverantörshantering

Är driven, självständig och tar ansvar för att driva arbetet framåt

Arbetar strukturerat och har ett analytiskt förhållningssätt

Trivs med många kontaktytor och har en hög servicekänsla

Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Meriterande Erfarenhet av affärssystemet IFS

Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office-paketet, särskilt Excel

Erfarenhet av att arbeta med processutveckling och förbättringsarbete
