Här får du stödja SEB:s kunder och utvecklas i en trygg och inspirerande arbetsmiljö på huvudkontoret i Arenastaden, Solna, med konst på väggarna och en barista som alltid fixar ditt kaffe. Om tjänsten SEB Kort är verksamt i hela Norden och samarbetar med varumärken som SEB, AirPlus, Strawberry och ett tjugotal co-brand partners. De erbjuder tjänster till både privat- och företagskunder och hanterar över en miljon kundinteraktioner per år. I rollen blir du en viktig del av teamet som skapar trygga och smidiga kundupplevelser för SEB Korts kunder. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: - Ge support via telefon och mejl. - Besvara frågor om fakturor, transaktioner, reklamationer, krediter och räntor. - Vägleda kunder i SEB:s digitala tjänster (hemsida och app) - Säkerställa hög kvalitet och bästa möjliga kundupplevelse i varje kontakt. Fullständig gymnasial utbildning eller motsvarande

Talar och skriva obehindrat på tyska, svenska och engelska. Meriterande om du även har spanska-, franska-, norska och/eller finska- språkkunskaper i tal och skrift.
