Vi söker nu en erfaren Talent Acquisition Specialist till ett spännande uppdrag där du får arbeta datadrivet, konsultativt och proaktivt i en dynamisk och utvecklingsfokuserad miljö. Rollen som Talent Acquisition Specialist I den här rollen har du ett helhetsansvar för rekryteringsprocessen och arbetar nära chefer och HR som en strategisk partner. Du kombinerar analys, affärsförståelse och operativ skicklighet för att säkerställa hög kvalitet och träffsäkerhet i varje rekrytering. Du kommer att arbeta både med annonsering och aktiv search, samt bidra till att utveckla arbetssätt, processer och kandidatupplevelse.

Du blir en del av ett erfaret team där samarbete, kunskapsdelning och ständig förbättring står i fokus, och där du får möjlighet att påverka hela talent-livscykeln, från attraktion till anställning.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

Ansvara för hela rekryteringsprocessen – från behovsanalys till anställning

Arbeta proaktivt med search och relationsbyggande inom relevanta målgrupper

Ta fram och publicera målgruppsanpassade annonser

Genomföra kompetensbaserade intervjuer, bedömningar och referenstagning

Fungera som strategiskt och coachande stöd till rekryterande chefer

Arbeta datadrivet med uppföljning, analys och optimering av rekryteringsprocesser

Bidra till förbättringsarbete inom Talent Acquisition, exempelvis kring processer och verktyg

Bygga och underhålla nätverk för långsiktig kompetensförsörjning

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har flera års erfarenhet av rekrytering eller Talent Acquisition och som är trygg i hela processen, från kravprofil till anställning. Du har erfarenhet av att arbeta både med annonsering och uppsökande rekrytering, gärna av svårrekryterade profiler.

Du har ett tydligt analytiskt förhållningssätt och är van vid att använda data och insikter för att fatta beslut och utveckla ditt arbete. Samtidigt är du en skicklig kommunikatör som trivs i en konsultativ roll där du stöttar och utmanar chefer i rekryteringsfrågor. Vi tror att du är en person som tar initiativ, driver ditt arbete framåt och har förmågan att kombinera struktur med flexibilitet. Du är nyfiken och utvecklingsorienterad, med ett genuint intresse för människor och kompetensfrågor. Med ett prestigelöst förhållningssätt samarbetar du gärna med andra och bidrar till ett öppet och inkluderande klimat. Du har också modet att tänka nytt, ifrågasätta invanda arbetssätt och driva förbättringar som skapar verkligt värde.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

3–5 års erfarenhet av rekrytering och/eller Talent Acquisition

Erfarenhet av proaktiv search

Stark analytisk förmåga och vana att arbeta datadrivet

Ett konsultativt och coachande arbetssätt

Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga i svenska och engelska

Relevant högskoleutbildning inom HR eller motsvarande

Meriterande:

Erfarenhet av arbetspsykologiska tester och/eller certifiering inom assessment

Observera att rollen kan omfattas av säkerhetsprövning enligt gällande bestämmelser. Bra att veta Detta är ett konsultuppdrag där du blir anställd av Jurek och arbetar ute hos vår kund. Vi samarbetar i detta uppdrag inte med underkonsulter.
