Är du en erfaren Talent Acquisition Specialist som trivs med att driva rekryteringsprocesser från start till mål och samtidigt arbeta proaktivt med kandidatsökning? Nu söker vi en konsult till ett spännande uppdrag hos en av våra kunder där du får kombinera operativ rekrytering med strategiskt och nätverksbyggande arbete. Här får du möjlighet att göra verklig skillnad genom att hjälpa verksamheten att attrahera och rekrytera framtidens kompetens. Rollen som Talent Acquisition Specialist I rollen ansvarar du för hela rekryteringsprocessen och fungerar som en nära partner till rekryterande chefer. Du arbetar självständigt med flera parallella rekryteringar och har ett starkt fokus på att identifiera, attrahera och engagera kandidater inom olika kompetensområden. Du blir en del av ett erfaret team där samarbete, kvalitet och ett professionellt kandidatbemötande står i fokus. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: Ansvara för hela rekryteringsprocessen från behovsanalys och kravprofil till anställning

Arbeta proaktivt med search och identifiera kandidater inom relevanta målgrupper

Utforma och publicera målgruppsanpassade annonser

Genomföra urval, kompetensbaserade intervjuer och referenstagningar

Genomföra personbedömningar och vid behov hantera säkerhetsrelaterade rekryteringsmoment

Vara ett strategiskt och operativt stöd till rekryterande chefer

Följa upp resultat och analysera rekryteringsdata för att utveckla processer och arbetssätt

Bygga och underhålla kandidatnätverk för framtida kompetensbehov

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har flera års erfarenhet av rekrytering eller Talent Acquisition och som är van att arbeta självständigt i en konsultativ roll. Du har ett stort driv och motiveras av att hitta rätt kompetens, även när kandidaterna inte aktivt söker nya möjligheter. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:

3–5 års erfarenhet av rekrytering och/eller Talent Acquisition

Erfarenhet av proaktiv search och arbete med svårrekryterade profiler

Förmåga att driva flera rekryteringsprocesser parallellt på ett strukturerat sätt

Relevant högskoleutbildning inom HR eller motsvarande

Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift

God förmåga att skapa relationer och bygga nätverk

Ett självständigt, initiativtagande och lösningsorienterat arbetssätt

Som person är du nyfiken, engagerad och relationsskapande. Du arbetar strukturerat, tar egna initiativ och trivs i en miljö där du får vara proaktiv och bidra till utveckling. Bra att veta Detta är ett konsultuppdrag på heltid med start i november 2026 och som löper till och med den 31 oktober 2027. Uppdraget är placerat i Solna.
