Vill du kombinera strategiskt Talent Acquisition-arbete med operativ rekrytering i en roll där du får påverka, utveckla och göra verklig skillnad? Vi söker nu en erfaren Talent Acquisition Specialist som vill ta ett helhetsansvar för rekryteringsprocessen och bidra till en långsiktig och hållbar kompetensförsörjning. Här får du möjlighet att arbeta både strategiskt och operativt tillsammans med chefer, HR och andra nyckelpersoner i verksamheten. Om rollen I den här rollen kombinerar du det strategiska perspektivet inom Talent Acquisition med det operativa hantverket inom rekrytering. Du arbetar proaktivt, datadrivet och analytiskt för att säkerställa att verksamheten attraherar och rekryterar rätt kompetens, både idag och i framtiden. Du ansvarar för hela rekryteringsprocessen och fungerar som en rådgivande partner till rekryterande chefer och HR. Beroende på målgrupp och kompetensområde arbetar du både med annonsering och uppsökande rekrytering (search) för att identifiera och attrahera kandidater. Rollen innebär också ett tydligt fokus på förbättring och utveckling. Genom analyser, statistik och insikter bidrar du till att utveckla arbetssätt, processer och kandidatupplevelse. Dina arbetsuppgifter Ansvara för hela rekryteringsprocessen, från behovsanalys och kravprofil till anställning

Arbeta med proaktiv search och skapa relationer med relevanta kandidatnätverk

Utforma och publicera målgruppsanpassade annonser

Genomföra urval, intervjuer, referenstagning och personbedömningar

Vara ett konsultativt och coachande stöd till chefer och HR

Arbeta datadrivet med uppföljning av rekryteringsresultat och nyckeltal

Identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter och bidra till utveckling av processer och arbetssätt

Bygga långsiktiga talangnätverk och stärka organisationens kompetensförsörjning

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har flera års erfarenhet av rekrytering eller Talent Acquisition och som känner dig trygg genom hela rekryteringsprocessen. Du har erfarenhet av både annonsering och uppsökande rekrytering samt ett starkt intresse för att arbeta datadrivet och utveckla rekryteringsarbetet. Som person är du kommunikativ, affärsmässig och relationsskapande. Du trivs med att samarbeta med olika intressenter och har förmågan att kombinera struktur och analys med ett konsultativt arbetssätt. Vi ser gärna att du har: 3–5 års erfarenhet av rekrytering och/eller Talent Acquisition

Erfarenhet av search och arbete med svårrekryterade kompetenser

Stark analytisk förmåga och vana att arbeta med data och statistik

Förmåga att arbeta självständigt, strukturerat och lösningsorienterat

Ett coachande och rådgivande förhållningssätt gentemot chefer

Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt

Relevant högskoleutbildning inom HR eller motsvarande område

Meriterande Erfarenhet av arbetspsykologiska tester

Certifiering inom assessment eller personbedömning
