Pokayoke växer snabbt och vi söker nu en Talent Sourcer som vill ta en central roll i att identifiera, attrahera och matcha rätt kandidater till våra kunduppdrag. Hos oss får du arbeta affärsnära i ett högt tempo, med stort eget ansvar och möjlighet att utvecklas långsiktigt inom rekrytering och bemanning. Du blir en del av ett engagerat team där kvalitet, struktur och samarbete står i fokus. Vi arbetar nära våra kunder och kandidater och lägger stor vikt vid professionalism, tempo och långsiktiga relationer. Om rollen Som Talent Sourcer ansvarar du för att driva och stötta rekryteringsprocesser inom vår bemanningsverksamhet. Du arbetar nära Operations Manager och Operations Support och är en viktig del i att säkerställa att vi identifierar och engagerar rätt kandidater till våra uppdrag. Rollen är operativ och kräver både struktur och driv. Du arbetar proaktivt med kandidatdialog, urval och koordinering, och bidrar till att säkerställa en effektiv och kvalitetssäkrad process från första kontakt till tillsättning. Du utgår från vårt kontor i Norrköping och arbetar i nära samarbete med övriga delar av organisationen. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen som Talent Sourcer kommer du bland annat att:

Skriva och publicera annonser

Söka, identifiera och kontakta kandidater

Genomföra första intervjuer och kandidatdialoger

Göra urval och presentera kandidater internt

Boka intervjuer och koordinera rekryteringsprocesser

Säkerställa struktur, dokumentation och uppföljning i våra processer

Bidra till en professionell och positiv kandidatupplevelse genom hela processen

Vem är du Vi söker dig som är driven, engagerad och har ett genuint intresse för människor. Du trivs i ett högt tempo och har förmågan att arbeta strukturerat samtidigt som du bygger förtroende i dialog med kandidater. Du är trygg i att ta kontakt, följa upp och driva processer framåt, och motiveras av att arbeta mot tydliga mål. Vi tror att du:

Har erfarenhet från en administrativ roll med krav på struktur

Har god kommunikativ förmåga i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt

Har förmåga att arbeta självständigt

Trivs i en dynamisk och komplex arbetsmiljö

Har ett professionellt och förtroendeingivande sätt
