Med en stark och etablerad närvaro på flera internationella marknader expanderar vi nu i Europa och förbereder lanseringen av vår verksamhet i Sverige. Vi söker nu engagerade och serviceinriktade taxiförare i Stockholm som vill följa med oss på resan från början. Om rollen Som förare hos Green SM är du företagets ansikte utåt och spelar en viktig roll i våra kunders upplevelse. Du kör moderna, helelektriska bilar och ansvarar för att erbjuda trygga, professionella och trevliga resor. Arbetet stöds av en modern digital plattform som gör det enklare att hantera resor effektivt och ge kunderna en smidig upplevelse. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter · Genomföra trygga, smidiga och professionella resor · Ge kunder ett vänligt och serviceinriktat bemötande · Följa gällande trafikregler samt Green SM:s säkerhets- och servicerutiner · Hålla fordonet rent, välvårdat och representativt · Hantera bokningar och resor genom Green SM:s moderna digitala plattform · Sätta passagerarnas säkerhet främst och följa fastställda säkerhetsrutiner · Hantera och rapportera incidenter, skador eller tekniska problem enligt fastställda rutiner · Bidra till en positiv kundupplevelse och representera Green SM på ett professionellt sätt Vi söker dig som · Har giltig svensk taxiförarlegitimation · Har giltigt B-körkort · Kör tryggt, ansvarsfullt och säkert · Är serviceinriktad, punktlig och pålitlig · Trivs med att möta människor med olika bakgrunder · Kan kommunicera på svenska · Har giltig rätt att arbeta i Sverige; sökande från länder utanför EU/EES måste ha ett giltigt arbetstillstånd · Är bekväm med att använda mobiltelefoner och digitala appar Tidigare erfarenhet som taxiförare eller inom service samt kunskaper i engelska är meriterande. Det viktigaste är att du har rätt inställning och vill ge kunderna en trygg och professionell upplevelse.
