The opportunity At Hitachi Energy, we are shaping a sustainable energy future – and our HVDC technology is at the heart of it. We are looking for a Team Manager to lead a department based in Ludvika, Sweden, responsible for Operational Technology (OT) systems within HVDC Control & Protection. This role combines strong people leadership with local ownership in Ludvika and global collaboration. You will be part of the Global HVDC C&P IT/OT Management Team, working closely with colleagues and managers across regions to drive alignment, capability, and operational excellence. You will lead a team of around 20 professionals, creating conditions for them to succeed, grow, and deliver at their best in a complex and fast-paced project environment. As a Team Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead, support, and develop your team, ensuring both people and performance thrive.
