Vi är en butik med hög puls vissa perioder – under sommaren ökar trycket rejält – men vi är också en arbetsplats där man ställer upp för varandra.

Om rollen

Som ansvarig leder och driver du avdelningen med fokus på:

En fräsch, välfylld och säljande avdelning

Lönsamhet och förståelse för nyckeltal

Varuflöde och kvalitet

Minimering av svinn

Att möta kunder med energi, kunskap och ett varmt hej!

Du är med och öppnar butiken när leveranserna kommer tidigt på morgonen och ser till att avdelningen är laddad inför dagen. I tjänsten ingår även ansvar för vår fina bröd- och blomavdelning, visst kassaarbete samt att rycka in där det behövs – vi är ett lag.

Schemat innebär varierande arbetstider samt arbete varannan lördag förmiddag.

Tjänsten är på cirka 35 timmar/vecka eller enligt överenskommelse.

Trivs både med eget ansvar och att arbeta i team

Har erfarenhet av butik och färskvaror

Är punktlig och ansvarstagande

Förstår ekonomin bakom en lönsam avdelning

Inte är rädd för att ta i när det behövs

Är glad, framåt och gillar att hälsa på kunder

Du sätter kunden i fokus – alltid. Och du drivs av att skapa en avdelning som både ser fantastisk ut och levererar resultat.
